Terms of Service
Effective 21 October 2026
These terms cover your use of Studsmith at gfx.galacticstudios.net (the "service"), run by Galactic Studios ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Who can use Studsmith
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian's permission, and they must agree to these terms for you, including any purchase.
Your account
Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at contact@galacticstudios.net if you think someone else has used it.
Credits
- Generating images costs credits. The price of each model and option is shown before you generate.
- Credits are held when you start a generation and only charged when images come back. If a generation fails or times out, the held credits are returned to your balance automatically.
- Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and can only be used on Studsmith.
- Free credits can be changed or withdrawn at any time. Purchased credits are not refundable once used, except where the law says otherwise.
- We may change credit prices for future generations. A change never affects a generation you have already started.
What you may not do
Do not use Studsmith to make or upload content that:
- is sexual, involves minors in any harmful way, or depicts real violence, hate or harassment;
- copies someone else's trademark, logo, character or artwork you do not have the right to use;
- imitates a real person without their permission, or is meant to mislead people;
- breaks the law or the Roblox Terms of Use and Community Standards.
Do not try to break, overload, scrape or get around the limits of the service, or resell access to it. We may refuse a prompt, remove content or close an account that breaks these rules.
Your images
As between you and us, you own the images you generate and the reference images you upload, as far as the law allows. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the service for you, for example to show them in your gallery. We do not use them to advertise Studsmith without asking you first.
Images are made by AI models. Similar prompts can give similar results for other people, and AI-generated images may not be protected by copyright in every country. You are responsible for checking that an image is right for how you use it, including Roblox moderation.
Third-party services
Studsmith sends your prompts and reference images to image models hosted by fal.ai, and some of those models are made by other companies such as Google and OpenAI. Hosting and storage run on Cloudflare. Payments, when available, run through Stripe. Their own terms apply to their part of the service. See the Privacy Policy for what is shared.

Studsmith is not made, affiliated with or endorsed by Roblox Corporation. Roblox is a trademark of Roblox Corporation.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Studsmith running, but it is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Models, presets and features may change or be removed. We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will update the date above and, where we can, tell you by email before it takes effect.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.
Ending your account
You can stop using Studsmith at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing contact@galacticstudios.net. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
